CHIEF is led by a group of professionals whose work spans international admissions, academic research, institutional partnerships, and systems-level education design.

Leadership at CHIEF is not defined by hierarchy alone, but by custodianship of standards - the responsibility to ensure that every advisory decision, institutional engagement, and long-term initiative reflects credibility, rigor, and ethical alignment with global academic systems.

Ali Iddrisu

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

CHIEF was founded under the leadership of Ali Iddrisu, whose career in international education spans more than two decades. His work has included extensive engagement with global schools and universities, participation in international education forums across North America and Europe, and long-standing involvement with examination bodies, admissions ecosystems, and institutional partners.

As Chief Executive, he sets the organization’s strategic direction, governs its advisory philosophy, and oversees its institutional partnerships- ensuring that growth never comes at the expense of credibility or standards.

Academic & Advisory Leadership

CHIEF’s academic and advisory depth is anchored by senior professionals with advanced training from leading global institutions, including Dr. Marcel C - PhD, Yale University, Dr. Andrew Ayiku, Dr. Rachel Campbell - PhD, Cornell University

This group shapes advisory rigor across undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and doctoral pathways, contributes to research-oriented positioning, and ensures that applicant evaluation and preparation remain aligned with how elite institutions actually assess candidates.

Institutional, Operations & Engagement Leadership

CHIEF’s leadership team is supported by senior professionals responsible for execution, partnerships, and operational continuity, including Zakiya Yakubu, Jeffrey Debrah, Mansur Mohammed and Barbara. Together, this group ensures that advisory standards are delivered consistently, institutional relationships are managed with discretion, and operational systems scale responsibly.

Work Is Structured

Collective Mandate

The leadership team operates with a shared mandate:

  • to safeguard CHIEF’s admissions doctrine and evaluative standards
  • to engage institutions as credible partners, not transactional intermediaries
  • to build systems that endure beyond individual outcomes

Leadership decisions are guided by long-term institutional thinking rather than short-term placement metrics.

As CHIEF continues its restructuring and expansion, this page will evolve- reflecting new roles, clarified mandates, and deeper institutional capacity.

What will remain constant is the governing principle: judgment precedes scale.
